What we expect from you

• You motivate your team of fitness trainers and physiotherapists to proactively help our members to lead a healthier lifestyle every day.
• Within your budget, you plan and organize your team efficiently and ensure that the goals of your location are achieved.
• You are actively involved in the events yourself and set a good example.
• You will take care of actions to retain our existing members and attract new ones.
• You will be in active exchange with our local contact person and thus promote the expansion of our offer to include occupational health management measures.

Your profile

• At least a bachelor’s degree in sports or health management;
• At least 1 year of management experience;
• Demonstrable affinity for sport, exercise and/or health;
• Up-to-date knowledge and experience in the (company) fitness sector is an advantage;
• leadership skills and excellent communicative, i.e. also social skills;
• customer, service and goal orientation with the necessary negotiation skills;
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
