Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Studio Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for tactical operations and administration, facilitating efficient processes and supporting both the team and our physical workspace. You’ll coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and take charge of studio upkeep, enabling the CityLab team to focus on their mission of making ‘make government work better for everyone’.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Coordinate effective meetings by organising and collating meeting agendas and papers and co-ordinating follow-up actions.
- Manage changing diaries including scheduling, making appointments and meetings and organising associated support documentation.
- Support the people of CityLab assisting the induction and onboarding of new team members.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team by ensuring timely dissemination of relevant organisational and branch information.
- Manage end-to-end administrative functions, including service requests, purchase orders, and documentation management.
- Maintain the upkeep and optimisation of the studio environment to ensure it remains organised, functional, and inviting for the team and project partners.
