ABOUT THE ROLE: As the leader of the multi-boutique studio, you will be responsible for leading the team and studio experience. The Studio Manager is responsible for driving strong financial results, developing a high performing team and delivering commercial excellence. As TRIB3 is a boutique environment, being a confident and personable communicator is key.
As the Studio Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Studio Management & Promotion

  • Strategies, implement and oversee processes for increased productivity and studio growth.
  • Establish cost parameters and manage overall P&L for the studio, maintaining a plan for forecasting, targeting and sales.
  • Execute events and support the delivery of marketing campaigns to maximise TRIB3’s exposure.

People Management

  • Build, manage, and nurture a high-performing team – train new starters and develop existing team members through performance management tools.
  • Support the Assistant Manager to manage direct reports, ensuring that they are undertaking all responsibilities associated with their role to the best of their ability.

Customer Service

  • Lead by example and provide outstanding next-level customer service, in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Support your team to deliver a next-level experience to our members; managing and resolving customer issues and complaints when required.

Sales Management

  • Drive a sales ethos to deliver targets and exceptional customer experience across the studio and its offerings.
  • Coach the team to deliver on studio financial targets and KPIs.
  • Drive strategies to engage members with ancillary service lines.
  • Establish and grow relationships with relevant partners to enhance studio offerings and opportunities.
