Wolfstreet is a creative & production agency based in Amsterdam, specializing in visual content production. We develop impactful integrated campaigns and content for brands and agencies by utilizing our in-house expertise across strategy, creative, production, and post-production. Our clients include some of the most exciting brands, such as Takeaway.com, Vinted, Adyen, The Vegetarian Butcher, Picnic, and Catawiki.
Who are we looking for?
Wolfstreet is looking for a Studio Manager / Office Manager to manage our office and assist our teams. We are looking for someone who will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our beautiful office in Amsterdam Noord. As Office Manager, you will oversee the facilities and events and ensure the wellbeing of our team.
The role is for 32 hours per week, based on preference and practical agreements.
This position is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we do not offer relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- You are the social heart of the organization, bringing fun, support, and structure to the office and the team.
- You create an unforgettable experience for our guests, being the first and last impression they have when visiting.
- You manage the office and meeting room schedules, ensuring everything is ready for use.
- You serve as the main point of contact for all our suppliers..
- You provide a delicious lunch for the team (coordinated with external support)
- You ensure our office always looks its best, keeping the fridges and cabinets stocked, the coffee machine clean, and the dishwasher emptied.
- You handle office supplies and keep stock levels well-managed.
- You continuously bring fresh ideas and initiatives to enhance the overall office environment and team experience.
- You manage incoming calls and the general mailbox.
- You assist producers with their projects and productions as needed.
- You help with basic financial administration, such as processing POs and invoices.
- You arrange travel and accommodation for team members.
- You help organize marketing initiatives, team events, and team/corporate gifts.
- You monitor the budget for office expenses, including inventory management, events, and facilities.
- You ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, and by maintaining safety equipment (alarms, smoke detectors/extinguishers).
- You organize internal communication and updates, sharing important office or company announcements with the team.
- You manage our social media accounts and support PR efforts.
- You lead sustainability initiatives, ensuring the office is as eco-friendly as possible.
Requirements/You:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Office Manager, Studio Manager, Projectmanager or Facilities Coordinator).
- Organizational skills: You have excellent organizational skills, can multitask, prioritize, and keep an overview in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive and independent: You are reliable, take initiative, and know how to handle things independently.
- Hospitality in your DNA: You enjoy making both colleagues and guests feel at home in our office. Hospitality is second nature to you.
