Studio Supervisor

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 54 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future!
We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Supervisor for our Ashley Road, Poole Studio.
The hours on offer are fully flexible with day, evening and weekend flexibility required, minimum of 16 hours per week.
What we are looking for:

Essential

• English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill
• At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
• At least 1 years customer facing experience
• Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education
• Able to attend mandatory training
• Examples of good time management
• Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges

Desirable

• Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
• Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience
