Our team in Canada is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Study Manager to join our Minerals and Metals Business line in the in GTA office.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the successful execution of studies / projects to ensure safety, quality, timeliness and profitability.
- Leading regular reviews and audits of study timelines, budgets and resources to identify areas of concern and resolve issues.
- Conducting weekly reviews to determine on-going project schedules and budget.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with global subject matter experts and ensure appropriate utilization to bring value and innovation to studies.
- Assisting in establishing project strategy and monitor critical path schedules and deliverables.
- Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with management, clients, team members, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensuring that study and project risks are adequately addressed and communicated to the leadership team.
- Reviewing execution plans to achieve project milestones and to minimize costs for several different project areas.
- Complying with all Ausenco minerals corporate policies and procedures by adopting Ausenco Quality Assurance and
- Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures and requirements.
