Description:

TBCo is a B Corp-certified brand on a mission to create easy-to-style statement pieces that elevate your outfit and your home. As our Stylist & Digital Content Specialist, you’ll drive the TBCo brand’s creative direction and storytelling, developing inspiring visual narratives that engage our customers and align with our style-led brand ambition and market leader status. In this role, you’ll be responsible for styling all fashion and interior shoots—from model casting to wardrobe, collaborating closely with our in-house photographer to capture all editorial and ecommerce imagery. You will work closely with the Head of Brand, Marketing Manager and Senior Content Specialist to clearly communicate brand and campaign narratives with the wider Marketing team ensuring cohesive and effective channel strategies.
Responsibilities will include:

Styling, Shoots & Imagery

  • Style all editorial trend stories for both fashion and interior campaigns
  • Coordinate the creation of engaging visual content for the brand
  • Manage all shoot pre production including talent booking, wardrobe, props, location scouting, H&MU, travel & samples working to budget and campaign launch dates
  • Sign off all imagery and product selection for the TBCo website, social media & lookbooks.

Content Management

  • Lead the TBCo brand visual direction and visual narrative to ensure it’s forward thinking, creative and commercially viable, liaising with the design & graphic design team.
  • Work with the Wholesale team, TBCo shop, and Design teams to help create product displays that showcase the products and brand effectively, delegating tasking where appropriate
  • Monitor the use of photography across marketing comms to ensure all photography reflects trend-led and up-to-date aesthetics.
  • Contribute to customer engagement efforts by providing styling tips, advice and trend insights through various channels. Educate customers about TBCo’s products, style trends, and how to incorporate them into their personal style.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years proven experience working in fashion or interiors styling
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • A detail oriented work style
  • The ability to think both strategically and creatively
  • Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Canva preferred
  • A passion for fashion & style
  • A drive to learn and develop

Details

  • Hours: 37.5 per week, flexible between 8am-6pm
  • Location: Edinburgh, Leith Studio. We offer a hybrid model, allowing you to work remotely up to 3 days per week
  • Contract: FTC Maternity Cover, 12 months
  • Salary: negotiable dependent on experience
  • Availability: Contract to commence at the start of March, 2025
  • Report to: Marketing Manager
