JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Team Supervisor for the facility, this role is responsible for assisting in the day to day operational and process activities.
Responsibilities:
- Will assist Team Supervisor in ensuring day-to-day operations are completed by operations staff.
- Assist with capital design and construction projects and all EA’s and servicing strategies for impacted plant.
- Assists in delivery of planned preventative maintenance activities to meet approved levels of service for all assets.
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance planning and execution at the facility.
- Support Team Supervisor in ensuring all Occupational Health & Safety and MECP requirements are followed and met by both internal staff and external contractors.
- Liaise with contractors and ensure work by contractors is completed as requested/required/directed.
- Act as OIC (Operator in Charge).
- Assist in operational activities to support preventative/predictive maintenance, corrective action, breakdown and unplanned work programs, including remediation and repair activities.
- Use SAP-PM CMMS system to initiate and monitor work orders as required.
- Recommend improvements to DWQMS and QUEST procedures, work instructions and practices.
- Perform water operator and other duties as assigned.
