Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor your own sales team to hit and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in both prime and non-prime sectors.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
  • Help close deals to drive optimum performance
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as service, retail and marketing to ensure cohesive operations.
