Responsibilities:

Working on a fast paced evolving program, alongside the Subcontracts and Commercial teams on the JP9101 Enhanced Defence High Frequency Communication System (EDHFCS) contract, this pivotal role can be your next step to success. In your role as a Subcontract Officer, you will provide key support the management and administration of our internal team and stakeholders. This dynamic, fast paced team is well known in the industry for providing a high level of support, engagement and career development for those who are able to showcase their skills within our wider business and the industry.
Primary activities of your role will be to provide commercial support and market engagement activity to the team, such as the creation and management of RFQ/RFP activities and contract administration (CCPs/ NODs).

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance
  • Exposure to the defence industry in a similar contract or legal position
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Legal or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing business needs
