Responsibilities:

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We are recruiting for a Subcontract / Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our busy Finance Team.
The purpose of the role is to ensure our purchase / subcontract ledger supply is paid on time and any queries are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Processing purchase invoices and subcontract certificates on to the purchase and subcontract ledgers
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Invoice matching to site orders and PODs for three-way match
  • Costing invoices to contracts
  • Liaising with our internal teams to resolve price and order queries
  • Dealing with supplier queries – telephone and emails
  • Adhoc accounts duties
