The Submissions Coordinator is a hands on role, responsible for the assistance and coordination of proposals (Tenders/awards submissions/presentations) for the Sydney Studio.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Be adept at understanding tender requirements and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to build effective relationships.
Excellent communication and liaison skills with senior management and key stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn.
Ability to resolve complex issues.
Adaptable and forward thinking.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Suite.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
Assist Submissions Manager with the smooth and timely delivery of competitive tenders / proposals in response to government and private tender requests for architectural, planning, urban design, interior design, signage and wayfinding projects.
Ability to efficiently work backwards from a deadline and ensure final production/delivery time.
Ability to draft and proof text to create and maintain COX collateral.
Maintain quality control in production, typography + proof reading.
Assist other COX studios with sharing of information.
