YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Located in the NSW/ACT Business Unit an opportunity exists for a Submissions Coordinator to the join the Precontracts team in Building.

Reporting to the Head of Client & Strategy, this exciting and rewarding role will:

  • Compile various components of EOI and tender submissions
  • Liaise with internal departments for their submission input
  • Source and update standard content for submissions
  • Assist in the editing and proofing of documents prior to final review
  • High level of document management, formatting and printing to ensure a professional presentation
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer in formatting bid content and production
  • Work on multiple bids with competing deadlines
  • Ensure content, quality and standards of submissions reflect clients’ requirements
  • Maintains and seeks to improve the high quality of our submissions
  • Assist in the maintenance of the submission’s library
  • Prepare marketing material

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Previous and recent submission experience within the Construction Industry
  • 2 years’ experience in coordinating submissions
  • Proven experience working effectively in a high pressure, deadline environment
  • Intermediate MS Word skills
  • Experience in InDesign (preferred)
  • Excellent administration and communication skills
  • Sound problem solving, demonstrate initiative and able to make decisions independently.
  • Ability to work in a large team environment across multiple construction markets
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management and ability to set priorities and work under pressure
  • Experience working on a construction project is highly desirable
  • Completion of a relevant Institute of Applied Technology - Construction course is highly regarded
