We are recruiting for a Submissions Manager (Bid Manager) to join our growing team. You will manage, coordinate and write content for bids and proposals for WorkSpace. You will produce standard company information, prepare PQQ submissions and draft tender responses, conveying complex construction proposals with clarity. Training and development is available and you will be working with an experienced team. This position will be based at our Office in Bellshill, Glasgow.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing web portals for PQQ/Tender opportunities
- Analysing PQQ/Tender for viability
- Creating/updating PQQ/Tender information on company IT systems
- Preparing written responses to PQQ/Tender questions
- Liaising with internal and external parties to obtain information for submissions
- Coordinating the clarification and RFI process
- Proof-reading colleagues’ work
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for client interviews
- Creating/updating standard marketing information
- Attending site visits/events and participating in PQQ/Tender interviews
