This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA or Austin TX.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ experience submitting AAA games to first parties

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent industry experience
  • Ability to maintain scripts to automate manual repetitive tasks
  • Strong knowledge of all first party submission tools and platforms
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $23.85 - $44.12 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Quality Control

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support first party submissions and releases (Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Apple, Google, Amazon)
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to setup bundles, promotions, and events
  • Proactively gather all necessary assets required for timely delivery to first parties
  • Prepare and submit builds, downloadable content, and metadata to first parties
  • Configure and release products and updates to development and live environments
  • Partner with game teams and support the age ratings submission process
  • Promptly communicate and help resolve issues that may hinder first party approval
  • Execute and document quality control checks for submissions and releases
  • Provide expert technical guidance and platform support to development and QA teams
  • Process, verify, and deliver builds to multiple teams across all supported platforms
  • Ensure project tracking tools and documentation meet team standards and up to date
  • Keep stakeholders informed on all first party policy and process changes
  • Maintain archive of all final assets, metadata, and supplemental materials submitted to first parties
  • Effectively drive and facilitate group tasks to completion and promote a team environment
  • Formulate strong relationships, based on skills, knowledge, and trust, with internal and external partners
  • Continuously seek technical and process improvement opportunities
  • Handle other duties as assigne
