Description:
INTRODUCTION TO GGGI
The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is a treaty-based international, inter-governmental organization dedicated to supporting and promoting strong, inclusive and sustainable economic growth in developing countries and emerging economies. To learn more please visit about GGGI web page.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management of information integrated with databases regarding green businesses and companies with the potential to scale the biodiversity business, enabling market conditions.
- Collaborate with the monitoring and technical assistance of the MAPBIO Plus, Bioeconomy Rural Hub, and capacity development programs within the Bio Rural project.
- Support the activities related to promoting coordination among national and subnational inter-institutional bodies involved in bioeconomy initiatives
- Technical reports of measures and tasks related to the implementation of existing bioeconomy programs and strategies in the Chocó Department.
- Support the update of a template or form for identifying milestones and the impact of the public and private bioeconomy of existing projects in Chocó.
- Provide cost-cutting support by attending meetings, drafting emails, providing technical input for discussions, leveraging impact, and creating stakeholder engagement
