Description:

OVERVIEW

As a Subpoena Compliance Program Manager, you will work as part of a small, dynamic, high performing team that is responsible for overseeing litigation, investigation matters involving government entities and regulators, responses to third-party requests for information and a wide range of other matters. You will manage the program to ensure our company’s timely and accurate response to subpoenas and similar data requests. You will partner with our in-house attorneys and outside counsel, work across our Legal, Compliance and Policy Organization, and engage with external vendors and firms to manage our subpoena compliance program.
We believe diversity and inclusion among our teammates produces better results and is critical to our success as a global company. We are committed to recruiting, developing, and retaining the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.
This role is hybrid with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week.

HOW YOU WILL LEAD

  • Manage Intuit’s end-to-end process for responding to subpoenas and other third-party requests for information, ensuring compliance with the law and protecting the data of our company, employees and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Intuit lawyers, litigation professionals and outside counsel, and keep internal stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinate with our business teams, enabling functions and IT to identify, collect and review responsive data, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely responses.
  • Update, improve and oversee all processes around subpoenas. This includes driving for efficiencies, automation and streamlined workflows, carefully tracking metrics and looking for ways we can use technology to continue to improve.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to subpoena compliance.
  • Provide general litigation support to in-house attorneys, including soliciting and gathering information from across the company to assist attorneys in providing legal advice.
  • Support processes governing legal holds, eDiscovery and document preservation.
  • Drive or contribute to department and team projects and priorities.
  • Take on increasingly complex responsibilities and proactively solve problems independently as experience grows.
