Your role
Product unit Customer Support is now looking for a subproject manager in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul section. This section is accountable for the execution of spares and repairs orders within Customer Support; ranging from UTAAS to multiple CEROS 200 customers.
The section’s responsibility applies from contract start up to warranty expiry and beyond, supporting our customers with spare parts and repairs. The yearly order intake and corresponding sales over time ranges between 200 and 400 MSEK with a significant profitability.

As a subproject manager, you will have the responsibility for the execution of a customer’s repair and spares project, including areas such as:

• Lead the delivery of ordered assignments
• Customer contact
• Manage sub-suppliers
• Manage project plans in Antura
• Establish and maintain a suitable project plan
• Provide cost and profitability forecasts
• Quotation basis for customer inquiries
• Financial follow-up of ordered assignments
• Responsible for the necessary permits for delivery
• Support the country manager in annual customer meetings

The position is based in Järfälla, Stockholm.
Your profile
We believe that you are a highly motivated team player with good ability to work together. Other important skills are being results-oriented, taking initiative, and having the ability to make decisions in a challenging environment.
As the projects and customer relations often last over years, you have the interpersonal skills to build a good customer and stakeholder relation over time. Personal qualities like curiosity, sense of order, accuracy and drive are important to us and will be of great importance in the selection process. Furthermore, you are fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. Good knowledge in German is an advantage. For this role, a strong knowledge of MS Office is required, and familiarity with IFS is valuable. Experience with 9LV products and UTAAS is also an advantage.
