Description:

We are seeking a Subrogation Specialist to join our team located in Anderson, Indiana, United States. As a vital part of our team, you will play a significant role in managing claims related to accidents or injuries. Your role will involve direct interaction with various stakeholders including plan participants, attorneys, and internal teams. You will also be responsible for providing information to and obtaining information from the Plan’s Subrogation Attorney.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of determining third-party liability once accident/injury information is received.
  • Serve as a point of contact for plan participants, answering their queries throughout the entire process.
  • Handle incoming calls and information from plan participant attorneys handling the accident/injury claim.
  • Collaborate with internal Account Executives to address customer queries related to the Subrogation Agreement.
  • Update customers on subrogation file details and available options.
  • Coordinate with Reinsurance team members on Stop Loss matters, including the provision of information to reinsurance or aggregate carriers or their attorneys.
  • Work with the internal Appeals team on accident/injury-related claims and subrogation file appeals.
  • Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, Commercial Collections, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
