Job Description

• Manages substrate qualification and engineering introduction at Media and HDD.
• Responsible for substrate program management for Johor and Sarawak.
• Align substrate strategies and action plans with overall Program Management teams.
• Manages communication and organize meetings with Media and HDD to discuss substrate related matters.
• Provide feedback on substrate performance at HDD to internal teams to drive and motivate continuous improvement activities.
• Spend time at Media and HDD to understand substrate performance, requirement and response at media and drive level.
• Support or lead investigation on substrate related issues at Media and HDD. Work with internal engineering and QA teams.
• Support activities to optimize substrate loading and allocation across all programs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree/Master in any engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in manufacturing or engineering field.
• Experience in program or project management will be an advantage.
• Candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be expected to work across multiple business units.
