JOB DESCRIPTION
• Extensive experience working with SuccessFactors IAM
- Excellent communication and ability to be technical and take on tasks but also an advisory.
- Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills for end-to-end IAM processes.
- Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions
- Experience integrating enterprise identity providers, specifically PING..
- Experience with identity federation protocols, including SAML, OIDC, or OAuth, and implementation and workflows.
- Experience with implementing SAP Cloud Identity Service tenants.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with JSON or similar cloud-based integration platforms.
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different groups/teams.
- Proven leadership skills with a take charge mentality.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules and cloud ecosystems (SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, Azure).
- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
