- Collaborate with customers and HR teams to identify business requirements and design compensation solutions
- Manage implementation life cycles from requirement gathering, workshops, configuration, testing, to go-live and post-go-live support
- Create and deliver training materials for end-users and administrators
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
- Ideally educated to Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree level or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience on implementation projects in SAP SuccessFactors, Compensation module
- Solid understanding of SuccessFactors platform functionalities, including integration with other modules
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to build and foster continuous trust within the internal team and clients
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE DEPARTURE:
- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited
- Line of work: Consulting
- Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
