  • Collaborate with customers and HR teams to identify business requirements and design compensation solutions
  • Manage implementation life cycles from requirement gathering, workshops, configuration, testing, to go-live and post-go-live support
  • Create and deliver training materials for end-users and administrators
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams

QualificationsQualificationsQualifications

  • Ideally educated to Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree level or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience on implementation projects in SAP SuccessFactors, Compensation module
  • Solid understanding of SuccessFactors platform functionalities, including integration with other modules
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to build and foster continuous trust within the internal team and clients

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE DEPARTURE:

  • Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
  • Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
  • Employment contract: Unlimited
  • Line of work: Consulting
  • Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
