• Functional consultant on the SuccessFactors PMGM module with strong implementation experience
• Work independently on implementing the SF PMGM solution and/or acting as Stream Lead for the PMGM implementation team
• Deliver process design workshops and system configuration while managing the implied client steering, advisory activities, and project methodology
• Work closely with consultants handling other SuccessFactors modules to ensure a smooth integration
• Active participation in the UAT phases, ensuring the system meets the business requirements and works as expected
• Conduct training sessions with the customer on how to use the PMGM module effectively
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting and delivering system enhancements based on customer’s feedback and SAP new releases

QualificationsQualificationsQualifications

• SuccessFactors PMGM active certification
• Experienced in stream-leading and hands-on delivery within the SuccessFactors Talent & Performance suite
• A minimum of 2 implementation projects of SF PMGM
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to build and foster continuous trust within the internal team and clients

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE DEPARTURE:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h), 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: business-fluent English, nice to have German
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
