REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-On Experience: Solid practical experience with SuccessFactors, ideally including Employee Central, LMS, Recruiting and Time Tracking
• Technical Proficiency: Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills, with knowledge of data management in SuccessFactors
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and proficient in English to work effectively in an international environment
• Cultural Fit: Open and adaptable, with a passion for working in a vibrant and collaborative company culture
• On-Site Presence: Availability to work from the office up to 3 days a week

• Actively manage SuccessFactors, including fixing issues, updating configuration, and ensuring smooth daily operations
