Responsibilities:

As an intern in our Sydney office, you will work directly alongside our senior bankers in financial restructuring, capital markets and distressed M&A from day one.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training. Throughout your internship, you will get similar levels of exposure as a first-year analyst. You will have the opportunity to work on projects that provide exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products and industries including:

  • Advising companies and stakeholders in restructuring transactions
  • Provide advisory services in stressed and distressed situations
  • Participating in complex negotiations on behalf of our clients
  • Providing distressed M&A advisory
  • Advising companies on capital raising in the context of complex situations, including stressed, distressed and special situations
