Description:
JOB OUTLINE
Kandalore is looking for a positive, detail-oriented, self-driven, focused and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Summer Office Administrator.
The successful applicant will be friendly, customer-service oriented, responsible, very well-organized and able to cope with a busy office atmosphere. Our Summer Office Administrator primarily manages our onsite Tuck Shop in addition to other administrative duties. Familiarity or experience with summer camp and administrative work is recommended.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- The applicant should have a general working knowledge of word processing, database, email and spreadsheet programs. Familiarity with Camp Brain, Excel, Outlook and a client-oriented background an asset.
- Experience in retail and/or customer service an asset

Responsibilities:
- Communication with camper families and staff (via telephone & email)
- Overseeing our in-camp Tuck Shop, summer inventory counts and invoicing
- Overseeing lost and found organization and communication with families
- Creating and updating daily dining hall seating plans
- General office administration (keeping supplies in stock, petty cash, helping staff with camper information, running reports, etc.)
