We are now looking for a

SUMMER TRAINEE, CLOUD/IOT BASED SOLUTIONS

to join our Remote Services development team, primary location for this job is Espoo, Finland.
In this role you will be responsible for building cloud/IoT based solutions, enabling fast and efficient methods to maintain a device remotely and allowing predictive maintenance with the latest technologies and AWS as cloud provider.
You are a developer having experience with JavaScript/TypeScript technologies as cloud backend development.
The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced, customer-centric and dynamic environment and enable us to deliver and improve on the product quickly.
We are looking for a student with ongoing studies (preferably in the end of the studies) to work for 2-4 months between May and September 2025, based on availability and preference.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development of tools to improve productivity of the team
• Development of Cloud backend using serverless technologies
• Participating in knowledge sharing and demos

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU PREFERABLY HAVE

• Strong programming experience (TypeScript)
• Experience with JS framework technologies like Vue or React
• Experience with Cloud Technologies, preferably with Amazon AWS platform (e.g. Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, CloudFormation, CDK development)
• Messaging solutions (Kafka or similar)
• Database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
