Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting through to the Regional Manager, this role is responsible for helping drive our exciting and innovative initiatives, and super-charge us on our journey to become a national leader.
They will act on the Regional Manager’s request to deliver on company and regional objectives and ensure consistency of “what good looks like”.
Our Dunedin team are made up of a motivated and energetic bunch of people, who possess a great team spirit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organise all up-to-date information from tender to handover to delivery team, including plans and specifications; pricing information; trade partner quotations; budget etc and arranging into file structure ready for handover
- Coordinating, monitoring and auditing the branding and signage setup on direction from our marketing branding guidelines, ensuring consistency of displayed information across all sites
- Preparation of site-specific sustainability, quality and safety plans (taking information from project managers and collating including input to sustainability, quality and Health and Safety managers)
- Trade Partner Documentation
- Event planning, organisation and contributing to the strong team culture
- Assisting allocation of CBC group tasks and completion
- Assisting with client satisfaction on each project
- Assisting with community engagement on each project
