Description:

Grand Touring Automobiles represents the most luxurious brands in the world, and we are looking for a Super Luxury Concierge to join our team!
As a Super Luxury Concierge, you will act as the first point of contact between guests and the organization. They are tasked with answering guest inquiries, directing phone calls, and more. They must always uphold company culture while making guests feel welcomed and valued

Duties Include:

  • Meets with guests and provides outstanding customer service to all guests of the dealership
  • Assists guests in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
  • Knows all essential aspects of our dealership operations
  • When answering the phone, provides the recipient their name and the official name of the business
  • Ensures that all calls are answered in a timely manner, specifically within 3 rings and calls are transferred within 20 seconds or offers a designated alternative
  • Ensures customers are kept informed of call transfer options

Skills Required:

  • Past automotive reception experience would be an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficient in using computer systems and programs
