Our work covers buildings, civil infrastructure, water, industrial and rail.
Graham has completed projects in BC ranging from the Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant to the 32-storey B6 Office Tower and the Expo Line SkyTrain Station upgrades.
As a Buildings Superintendent you will plan, organize and direct Graham Construction projects from the earliest stages in its life cycle. From earthworks to foundations to roads & bridges and complex concrete structures, you will lead your team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. You will be relied upon to manage, direct and most importantly mentor field personnel including junior Superintendents ensuring that your team is equipped to drive the projects forward.
Our Superintendents manage work from tenant improvements to JVs and P3s. If you are ready for the challenge, the team is waiting to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Varying years of experience will be considered: 4-10 years of construction experience and a minimum of 2-6 years in a supervisor capacity role.
• Proficiency in civil infrastructure deep foundations, structural steel and concrete.
• Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 25M.
• Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams.
• Knows the impact of change on cost and schedule.
• Look-ahead 3 months of more in planning work.
• Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
• Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.

COMPENSATION:

• We are looking for various levels of superintendent for upcoming projects in BC, your salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
• Superintendent 3: 5+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity required. Depending upon the project size, scope, and complexity, the years of experience may vary. $98,000.00 - $134,750.00
• Superintendent 2: 10+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity required. Depending upon the project size, scope, and complexity, the years of experience may vary. $108,000.00 - $148,500.00
