Graham has a proven track record in Alberta, including notable achievements like the Groat Road Bridge renewals EL Smith Filter Upgrades, Blackmud Creek Pedestrian Bridge, Halfway river Bridge, 144th Ave and West Nose Creek Bridge, Stoney Trail and 80th Flyover, Shaganappi to the Harvest Hills Interchange Upgrades, we’re seeking an Infrastructure Superintendent to lead our projects from conception to completion.
As an infrastructure Superintendent you will plan, organize and direct Graham Construction projects from the earliest stages in its life cycle. From foundations and structures to interior & completions, you will lead your team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. You will be relied upon to manage, direct and most importantly mentor field personnel including junior Superintendents ensuring that your team is equipped to drive the projects forward.
Our Superintendents lead projects spanning from tenant improvements to complex joint ventures and public-private partnerships (P3s). QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Varying years of experience will be considered: 8+ years of construction experience and a minimum of 6 years in a supervisor capacity role.
  • Proficiency in structural concrete & steel, earthworks, roadworks, foundations and deep installations.
  • Proven ability to manage project values $25M - 50M.
  • Proven ability to lead mid-sized to large teams.
  • Knows the impact of change on cost and schedule.
  • Look-ahead a year or more in planning work.
  • Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
  • Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.
