We are looking for an experienced and ambitious radiographer or Technologist with good communication skills and an excellent technical background to assist in the management of our nuclear medicine department.
We are a forward-looking department offering a varied portfolio of diagnostic scans, Molecular radiotherapy, and research.

We have three gamma cameras, 2 Siemens Intevo SPECT CT systems and a GE Infinia SPECT CT as well as a dedicated low level laboratory and offer a wide range of diagnostic tests to both paediatric and adult patients. We have close working relationships with other Radiology modalities, Medical physics and Radiopharmacy. Our Theranostics service offers Lu177 Dotatate, Lu177 PMSA, Y90 SiRT, Ra223 Xofigo and I131 for benign and malignant disease.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team and have a knowledge of the governance requirements of running a service.
You will act as a role model to others demonstrating a commitment to professional development and show a keen interest in the future of Radionuclide imaging and Theranostics.
You will manage and lead the unit in the absence of the Lead superintendent and be supported to gain valuable experience in leadership and governance.
