Responsabilidades clave:
Diseño de documentos extraordinarios jurídico-laborales requeridos por la empresa.
Contacto con los bufetes de abogados para consultas y seguimiento.
Auditoría de procedimientos laborales.
Trabajo en Equipo con Recursos Humanos.
Asesorar a los departamentos de la empresa con preguntas legal-laboral.
Asesoramiento en la redacción, implementación y seguimiento de los formatos laborales actuales.
Habilidades:
Líder: fuertes habilidades interpersonales
Pensador crítico: habilidades analíticas de toma de decisiones demostradas
Proyectos: planificación y gestión
Resolución de conflictos, juicio independiente e iniciativa.
Multitareas, automotivado y aprendizaje rápido
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en áreas relacionadas (Recursos Humanos, Administración).
Mínimo 10 años de experiencia laboral en Recursos Humanos / Relaciones Laborales.
Inglés hablado intermedio. (No Indispensable)
Conocimiento en temas Laborales y Procedimientos de Recursos Humanos.
