Description:

Albany & Spencer Park IGA are well-established, family owned and run businesses that is looking for the right candidate to compliment our existing team as an Office Clerk.

The role involves all administrative support to the supermarket with key areas including but not limited to:

  • Accurate data entry of invoices to maintain current and correct pricing
  • recording, matching, checking or batching of accounts, invoices, orders or store requisitions
  • Liaise with internal departments and managers
  • Ensure all documentation is filed and archived efficiently
  • To ensure efficient processes are followed and align with policy and legislation
  • Provide excellent services to meet customer needs
  • To always look to simplify processes and meet audit and compliance standards
  • Must be confident and well-presented
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Must be physically active and able to lift/move groceries and stock around
  • Must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be honest and reliable.
  • Must be legally compliant to work in Australia

PROFIT TRACK EXPERIENCE IS FAVOURABLE.

Our store is open 7 days a week, however the office is open Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm, so flexibility in the hours is a possibility.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $24.27 – $34.72 per hour
