QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Formation: Diplôme universitaire au minimum ou formation équivalente. Une formation complémentaire dans le domaine de la fabrication est préférable.
  • Experience : Minimum de 3-4 ans ou plus dans un rôle connexe.
  • Compétences informatiques : Microsoft Word, Excel, courrier électronique, système ERP.
  • Autres compétences : La personne doit être bien organisée. Elle doit posséder des compétences en matière de planification et de gestion du temps. Elle doit être orientée vers la qualité et posséder des compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes. Il doit également avoir une bonne compréhension de la production, des procédures et des normes, ainsi qu’une connaissance des normes et des systèmes de contrôle de la qualité.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Supervisor oversees the manufacturing operation, manages employees, plans and makes changes according to production schedule, promotes safety, supports and communicates company goals, rules, and standards, to employees. Promotes lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Minimum of College Degree or equivalent education. Additional education or training in Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 or more years in a related role.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, email, ERP system.
  • Other Skills: Individual must be well organized. Individual must possess planning and time management skills. Individual must be quality oriented and possess problem-solving skills. Individual must also have a strong understanding of production, procedures, standards, and knowledge of Quality Control Standards and systems.

Responsibilities:

ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITY FOR RELATED DUTIES AS REQUIRED OR ASSIGNED.

  • Ensuring that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
  • Staying informed of developments and changes in production techniques and methods.
  • Performing production duties as needed.
  • Completing special projects as assigned.
  • Making sure the health, safety and environment rules and policies are effectively followed and maintained.
