A retail supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of retail staff in a store environment. You will oversee the work done by retail staff to ensure that they’re performing their duties accordingly. This includes ensuring they’re meeting company standards and customer expectations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years retail experiences as supervisor
• Strong organisation and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems

• Managing staff and providing direction to staff
• Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services
• Responding to customers’ inquiries and complaints
• Ensuring merchandise is properly displayed, keeping inventory levels at an established level and making sure all areas of the store are clean and orderly
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Planning work schedule
• Oversee the stocking and cleaning of shelves
• Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced
• Creating a positive work environment
• Achieving sales goals and contributing to overall store success
• Any other tasks assigned by Store Manager
