Responsibilities:
- Assist in the screening, hiring, training, and scheduling of all event services staff, including bar and merchandise staff.
- Maintain and uphold all Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario’s regulations at all times.
- Ensure that high-volume business during intermissions is handled in a professional and efficient manner with the goal of capturing all possible patron business.
- Prepare nightly reports on concession sales, including nightly inventory, sales reports, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate/interface with security personnel on the proper and timely reporting of incidents involving patrons.
- Help manage aspects of beverage services including cash handling and reconciliation, receiving, quality control and inventory management.
- Reconcile event beverage consumption following each event.
- Assist in managing event and catering services for private events including set-up, tear-down and load-out.
- Performing other duties as required.
