Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the screening, hiring, training, and scheduling of all event services staff, including bar and merchandise staff.
  • Maintain and uphold all Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario’s regulations at all times.
  • Ensure that high-volume business during intermissions is handled in a professional and efficient manner with the goal of capturing all possible patron business.
  • Prepare nightly reports on concession sales, including nightly inventory, sales reports, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate/interface with security personnel on the proper and timely reporting of incidents involving patrons.
  • Help manage aspects of beverage services including cash handling and reconciliation, receiving, quality control and inventory management.
  • Reconcile event beverage consumption following each event.
  • Assist in managing event and catering services for private events including set-up, tear-down and load-out.
  • Performing other duties as required.
