What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 3-6 collection agents, providing guidance and support to improve performance and achieve collection goals.
- Track and analyze team performance metrics, conducting regular performance reviews and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage escalated accounts, working with clients to resolve complex billing issues and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Foster positive relationships with key clients, ensuring a professional and customer-centric approach to collections.
- Provide ongoing training to the team on best practices, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Ensure that all collection activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on team performance, collection rates, and other key metrics.

What do you bring?
- A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with Reliance.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial collections, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to collections.
