JOB SUMMARY:

The Supervisor Commercial Jobs provides supervision, training, and support of assigned staff and management of production operations of assigned jobs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High school diploma or equivalent required with minimum one-year experience in related field preferred.
Will work hours with crew from 4:00pm until around 10:00pm.
Will need to be able to drive company van to take crew of individuals to sites for cleaning and possibly home after end of shift.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide ongoing support and training to assigned staff in the performance of job tasks, other functions associated with an individual service plan, and input into development of individualized assessments and formulation of training and support plans for assigned individuals. Provide direct supervision to assigned individuals and lead supervision for hourly support employees to ensure tasks are performed in accordance with established guidelines, efficiently, and on time to meet industry standards.
  • Document occurrence of significant incidents, accidents, progress on service plans, and supports given to assigned individuals.
  • Maintain knowledge of delivery schedules, current work/operating instructions, and pay rates for assigned jobs and ensure: (a) Correct job set-up and job methods are used (b) Quality standards are achieved (c) Appropriate personnel are informed of availability of required materials/supplies (d) Individuals receiving services are informed of pay rate/production standards for operations/jobs (e) Materials/supplies are maintained at work stations and (f) Equipment maintenance needs are communicated to appropriate personnel.
  • Complete and submit time sheets accurately in a timely manner for assigned workers.
  • Intervene appropriately in crises and emergencies, seeking consultation as needed, and administer first aid in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide for the preparation/packing of products/materials for shipment and provide information/prepare shipping documents.

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Participate in meetings held for a variety of purposes including staffings, production, in-service training, administration, etc.
  • Participate in the agency’s accident-prevention program and actively promote safe practices in the delivery of services and manufacturing of products.
