Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Support the accurate implementation of promotional programs, as well as the appropriate frequency and follow up of contacts made by demand executives within their respective territories.
  • Manage the objectives and results of customer demand, in order to meet commercial goals set by the company in the teams in charge.
  • Develop the team, establishing goals and objectives supporting the training and development needs of each collaborator under their report.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the sales forecast, evaluating visit reports and indicators and supervising results.
  • Ensure and increase Baxter’s participation in the National territory of the Advanced Surgery line, through the implementation of strategic marketing plans by the team of Clinical Advisors and Instrumentation Technicians.
  • Implement strategies to achieve goals through the diagnosis of problems and the evaluation of area and territory indicators in alignment with the business unit leader.
  • Plan and ensure the closing of events for each report, use of tools and compliance with account plans.
