QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred:
- College degree from an accredited institution with a major in Food Service Management
- Completion of Food Service Supervisor s Certification course
- Certification through Dietary Mangers Association
- 3-5 years experience in high volume food service
- Healthcare experience
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:
- Shifts vary between 5:00am-1:30pm and 12:30pm-9:00pm
- Rotating weekends
- Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Maintains positive relationships with all customers, employee, physician, patient, visitor, and guests
- Utilizes a variety of feedback to improve processes and services to meet and exceed customer needs
- Uses sound employee relations practices and maintains high levels of visibility and accessibility
- Follows through on all customer requests and inquiries in a timely fashion
