- Coordinate team schedules and rosters to align with event requirements, ensuring efficiency and readiness.
- Act as the primary point of contact during events, addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and support the team, fostering a motivated and professional environment.
- Maintain a meticulous approach to event preparation, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
