Responsibilities:
- Smooth organization of service shifts for the breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar sections
- Hire, train and coach team members
- Controlling of breakfast list and payment checks
- Ensure continuously stocked buffet during opening hours
- Preparations for next shift and day / Mise en Place
- Seek for increasing the revenue in all subdepartments (breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar) - in good collaboration with the A(HM;
- Assist in covering shifts when necessary and being flexible to change your schedule
- Following training to keep up to date with latest developments
- Product range development
- Perform monthly inventory stock control independently
