  • Ensure both individual and team productivity, manage performance, provide floor assistance and real-time coaching;
  • Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Work with the team to create meaningful development plans and deliver feedback.

What you’ll need

  • NativeFRENCH (MINIMUM C1–MANDATORY);
  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum);
  • Solid experience managing teams (not necessarily in contact center environment);
  • Professional maturity, ability and confidence in communicate with clients and stress resistance.
