What’s on offer?
We are thrilled to announce that after securing the prestigious RAMC GEN3 contract, we are expanding our team! This major maintenance contract, based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast offers a stable and dynamic work environment with a contract spanning five years, plus a potential three-year extension.
This role is an outstanding opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in managing and ensuring superior maintenance of infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for the RAMC GEN3 project.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor equipment inventory, procurement, and usage.
  • Control maintenance expenses and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Foster strong relationships with staff, contractors, service providers, and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate experience supervising civil maintenance crews or having worked as Line Supervisor in the past.
  • An ability to understand what is required, set the direction and communicate the plan day to day to the crew, with a strong commitment to Safety.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and drive to build, create and produce outputs to high standards.
  • Be highly organised, possess strong communication skills and be able to influence a team.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to read basic contract terms, standard industry specifications and quality system’s needs.
  • Be available to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Valid Drivers’ Licence.
