Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day execution of the Capital Event process to ensure smooth operations and meet all the client service level agreements
  • Review funds’ partnership agreements, PPMs and other materials
  • Monitor workflow and work with Team Manager to allocate resources to meet deadlines and achieve operational targets
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the process and recommend for implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Capital Event process into boarder workflows
  • Lead a team of SFAs/FAs, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve departmental goals
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members understand their roles and expectations
  • Provide regular feedback to improve team performance and morale
  • Ensure all aspects of the Capital Event process complies with all relevant internal policies/procedures/best practices, external standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor quality control metrics and ensure the deliverables meet established standards
  • Address and resolve issues related to quality, discrepancies, or deviations in the process promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of process performance, team outputs, and incidents
  • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by the Team Manager or senior leadership
  • Train new team members on the Capital Event Process and protocols
  • Identify skill gaps and arrange ongoing training or coaching to enhance team performance
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
  • Encourage a proactive problem-solving culture within the team
  • Implementation of efficiency initiatives in a timely manner
  • Generate ad hoc reports as required
