JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A high energy person who thrives in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement improvements
  • Must be able to safely lift/push/pull heavy objects on an ongoing basis.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred but not required, in the following fields: Restaurant, Entertainment, Hospitality, Casinos, Bowling Alleys, Amusement Parks, Miniature Golf, or another related field.
  • Great customer service skills
  • Must be able to work weekends and evenings
  • Background Check is required prior to employment
  • Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that you and your team provide 5 star service to all guests all of the time
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by guests and employees
  • Lead your team in an engaging, and energizing way
  • Ensure that the park is appropriately staffed for visitor volume and financial feasibility
  • Ensuring that ride operators are operating safely, efficiently, and are adhering to company policies
  • Ensuring that mechanic personnel maintain rides in peak working condition
  • Perform operational paperwork duties including safety, operational and, inventory documents
  • Contribute to schedules and employee communications
  • Correspond with and providing regular reports to Senior Management
  • Maintaining the effective operational feasibility of the center
  • Maintaining the highest standard of facility appearance including storage areas and the parking lot
