ABOUT US

At the Consolidation Centre, LCGOT within the Global Consolidation Centres & Cross docks in the Supply Chain organization, you are part of a dedicated team in a global network that ensures the logistical services we provide to meet the demands and exceed the expectations of our customers.
Within our consolidation centre (LCGOT), we work with lean, quality-asssured and standardized logistical processes – with a focus on people and lean efficient supply chain. In the role of a Supervisor, you will be part of the department’s team to lead and develop the business. You have overall responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, flow, cost and team development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Leadership experience in supply chain or inplant logistics.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply chain management or equal qualifications.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
• Promote business focus on building long term relationships through trust and quality.
• Ability to express yourself in English both speech and writing and communicate towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop the team and have an analytic and engineering mindset.
• Car product knowledge and material handling/warehousing experience.
• Able to identify opportunities and drive to make improvements, passion for efficient logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple items at the same time without losing focus or quality.
• Positive can-do attitude, able to handle a multitude of uncertainties.
• A strong holistic view and high degree of courage, integrity, and business ethics.
