Having grown with the support of key independent menswear boutiques the brand has evolved organically keeping all of its values, which sets it apart.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding retail team. We at LUKE are looking for an ethicistic individual to become a Brand Ambassador at our store in Livingston as Store Sales Supervisor your key role will be to support the store management team in the daily operations of the store, this includes assisting the store in achieving its sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards set by the brand and delivering great customer service.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Required to have at least 1+ years’ Experience as a Retail Supervisor, preferable within a fashion sports/lifestyle brand.
· Has a retail background for at least 2 years.
· Positive attitude and passion for fashion
· Attitude and drive to close sales and achieve targets
· Confident and good communicational skills.
· Aware of Current trends, presents themselves well at all times.

· Delivering great customer service, by greeting customers who enter the store and assisting them in looking for product they are wanting to purchase or try on.
· Giving the customer advice on product and outfit building and linking product through great product knowledge.
· To ensure the customer has a world class shopping experience in store and ensuring that we are building relationships for return business and building client bases.
· Supporting the management team in stock control and store operations.
· Responsible for the store in the absence of the store management ensuring that all KPIs for sales and standards are met.
· You will be responsible for putting through customer transactions, processing payments and cash handling.
· Maintaining the shop floor, clean and tidy as you go and ensuring the store is kept to a high visual standard.
· Dealing with any customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
· Supporting Stock processes in store through delivery acceptance and stock maintenance.
· Being flexible and able to support the management team for the needs of the business.
