PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING
- Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends, techniques, and product launches.
- Conduct regular training sessions for Beauty Advisors to enhance their product knowledge and application skills.
- Provide ongoing education on makeup techniques, including workshops and demonstrations.
- Encourage and support Beauty Advisors in pursuing professional development opportunities.
